ConnectFamilias is built on the premise that children do better when their families are strong, and parents do better when they live in places that help them succeed and become productive citizens.

ConnectFamilias’ mission is to maintain an efficient, consistent, and holistic network of coordinated services that increases the safety and well-being of children, youth, and their families.  We are data-driven and results-oriented. We use evidence-supported and culturally appropriate practices, with a focus on building capacity for engaged community leadership. 

Our work is rooted in the belief that we all play a role in helping children achieve their full potential. We understand the importance of working with and supporting children’s families and communities - where they live, play and go to school. ConnectFamilias’ partners are people just like you. We are neighbors, parents, service providers, and business leaders who understand the importance of coming together to make help children succeed. We believe all children should grow up in a safe, stable and neighborhoods with access to quality education, as well as community resources and support.
